Carrying rollers are used to support conveyor belt and make belt sliding friction free. And carry all lode of moving material and belt.

Bearing

• Deep groove ball bearing with C3 tolerance.
• Double sealing bearing with 2RS and 2Z type.
• Available with 6204 to 6208 bearing size.

Housing

• Made from CRC Quality Material.
• Deep drawings process in hydraulic press with close clearance various dies.
• Bearing size and outer size machining done by highly precision machine under expert supervision.

Shaft

• Shaft made from mild steel and carbon steel as per application.
• Bearing seating and grooving done by CNC machines.
• Slot on both end done by SPM machine.

Multilabyrinth seal

• Labyrinth seal is protecting bearing from dust and water.
• Labyrinth seal made from nylon N-6 material.

Each roller assembled by highly experienced persons to insure roller work properly and give best performance.
