Impact Idler Set

Impact idler set using at the loading area of conveyor it protects belt from damage and tare. Specially designed idler frame carries more load of moving material. There are two design of idler frame.

1.  ‘C’ channel base frame with angle support.
2.  Angle type frame.

Feature:

• Quality ISI standard raw material.
• All frame welded on special fixture for dimensional accuracy and interchangeability.
• MIG welded frame for extra welding strength.
• Standard manufacturing througing angle 30⁰
• Also available variable angle 20⁰ to 45⁰.
• One coat of red oxide for rust prevention.
• Other oil paint coat as per customer requirement. 
• Idler set with using two rollers, three rollers and five rollers according to belt width.
